Evviva!

Who would have ever guessed? I, Daniela Moro Williams, almost computer illiterate, barely a family cook but nevertheless convinced I can teach, have my own blog and it's about the two keywords of my life: LOVE and FOOD! Up till yesterday I hardly even knew what a blog was (well, I STILL hardly know what that is, but now I own one). It's all Silvia's fault, but this is a long story. Now all I need to know is how to use it. Hey, who cares? Again, I can still say I have one! I feel like I am driving a brand new car. If I don't wreck it in the next few minutes you'll have something tasty to read about in the near future... :-)

Dani,
I LOVE IT!!!
You are blessed, beautiful and brave and I hope your blog gets you lots more exposure!

Anyone who hasn't tasted Dani's cooking is missing out on one of the finer things in life.
To be privileged to learn under her teaching would be divine!

This blog is a very nice idea!
I tried Dani's dishes many times, once she was living in Italy and I can guarantee you that she is a wonderful cook! What is amazing is that she has fun while cooking and whenever she can, she loves spend hours in the kitchen trying new recipes for family and friends. Too bad I didn't had the chance to get cooking lessons while she was here in Italy... That's why, Dani, I'll stay tuned on you blog, looking for easy and simple suggestions to make my life easier in the kitchen. Baci- Rosi from Italy

Thank you Cecilia, Grazie Rosi! Now gals, do you think we made it a little too obvious that I paid you for these comments? ;-)

I'm NOT being paid,:-) and I, too, have had the pleasure of enjoying Dani's fabulous cooking. It is just as she says -- simple (but don't let her fool you, it's an artform), fresh and wonderfully delicious. I used to think that I needed to cook my Italian dishes for hours but have recently realized that the freshest, best ingredients combined and cooked simply and tenderly make the best dishes. I hope to be able to take a class or two from Dani soon!
