About Me

My name is Daniela. I was born and raised in the northern Italian city of Treviso, which is close to Venice. In 2008, I moved to the United States and have made a home here with my husband, Vince, and our son, Nicholas.
I have managed a Cooking Demonstration Department for one of the largest independent food retailers in the nation and I now work with a local Winery. Food and Wine pairing plays a great role in the whole dining experience, in my opinion!
